Order Cancellation Before Shipment  

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.   
   
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.   
   
• If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders Already Shipped  

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.   
   
• You may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.  

Order Modification  

• We do not support modifications to order items, delivery addresses, or contact details after an order has been placed.   
   
• To make changes, you must cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new order.
