RETURNS and REFUND POLICY

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.   
     
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.   
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.   
     
  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Return Request  

Email your return request with the Order ID and reason for return to allinixtechnologies@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Evidence  

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photographs or videos highlighting the issue to enable quicker processing.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions  

Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning the item.  

We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not comply with our policy guidelines.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify compliance with the return conditions. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed.  

Partial Refunds  

In cases where returned items only partially meet the return requirements—such as missing packaging or minor damage, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos or videos via email to help us resolve the issue efficiently.
